MEET BRETT HALPERIN

Brett Halperin focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate/Trust Administration, Elder Law, and Asset Protection. Brett works with clients of all asset levels to help them plan their estate and transfer wealth to their preferred beneficiaries. He can also assist family members who have lost a loved one navigate the probate process to gain control of the decedent’s assets.
In addition, Brett has worked with business owners to properly ensure that they are creating and managing their business interests properly and efficiently. Helping craft efficient business succession plans and asset protection structures to protect the business and the heirs of the business owner from external and internal threats.
Brett has worked for both large and small firms since his graduation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida. He was tapped as a member of Florida Blue Key, the University of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious honor society.
Brett currently volunteers his time with the Mission United Veterans Pro-Bono Legal Project, that provides free legal services for veterans and their family. Brett is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
